Rungu Dualie Heavy-Duty kickstand provides additional parking support that goes well-beyond the capability of the parking brake to safely park Rungu Dualie off-road, in strong winds and on inclines without fear of tipping.

Rungu Dualie Heavy-Duty Kickstand

Available for installation on all Rungu Dualie E-Bikes with Cargo Racks shipped after 2020, the Rungu Dualie Heavy-Duty Kickstand offers four great features for Rungu Dualie customers who’ve had difficulty parking off-road due to wind, off-road conditions, or a heavy Cargo Rack load:

  1. Heavy Duty Design – the kickstand is designed to support Rungu Dualie and cargo pointed uphill at grades up to 40%, and sideways on grades up to 20%. The design also supports Rungu Dualie in strong cross-winds.
  2. 350 lb. load rating –  the load-bearing components of the kickstand are aluminum and stainless steel so that the kickstand can operate easily with more typical loads of 100-200 lbs.
  3. Advanced kickstand retention system – A variety of elastomeric damping design elements restrain the kickstand in its storage position, which keep the kickstand in place and free from rattle on bumpy terrain.
  4. Roll-Away retraction – The kickstand is spring loaded and uses a retention latch so that when you roll the bike forward, the kickstand rotates itself into its stored position.
