Rungu Gear Shield
Rungu Gear Shield protects your derailleur and cassette from getting tangled or damaged from tall grass, underbrush and sticks. When you ride Rungu Dualie off-road, tall grass and underbrush can tangle up your cassette and derailleur. Sticks can jam up your chain and damage these components too. Rungu Gear Shield uses two components – the derailleur cage shield and the cassette blocker to minimize the risk of damage from grass, underbrush and sticks. The cassette blocker knocks tall grass, weeds and sticks away from the cassette sprockets. The derailleur cage shield reinforces the derailleur and acts as a gate to keep the chain from dragging grasses, sticks and weeds into the gears.
Select the right version
Make sure to select the right version for your Rungu Dualie. Check the labeling on the derailleur. If they show MicroSHIFT Advent (see image below), Choose the MicroSHIFT version.
If your derailleur is marked “BOX two” or “BOX three” (see image below), Choose the BOX Prime 9 version.
