Rungu products are designed for use in rugged environments.  They can take a beating, but like all vehicles they require service and maintenance to keep them running.  

Authorized Rungu service centers

Rungu now partners with multiple bike shops around the USA to provide service for Rungu customers.  Authorized Rungu service centers have been certified to work on Rungu Dualie/XR and have access to Rungu specific tools and parts. Please refer to the list of authorized services centers below to see if there's one near you.  If you represent a bike shop and would like to become an authorized Rungu service center, send us an e-mail at support@riderungu.com to learn more.

Troubleshooting and repair

If you experience problems with your Rungu product and don't have a service center near you or want to work on the bike yourself, please find documentation under the tab specific to your Rungu model. Each tab has links to product-specific documentation to guide your troubleshooting and speed resolution.
